It’s really good to know about your book. Though you mention that it is fiction, I feel that the topic is very real. People are frequently moving from one job to another to fulfill their dreams. What they don’t realize is that a diamond, even if it is mud, is still a diamond. If people are aware of their true potential, they can change their surroundings, rather than changing jobs, and make their work place a better place to work.
